Abstract EN

This study aims to characterize the overlap between the concepts of human poverty and human development and the monitoring and analysis of Arab poverty according to the components of the (human poverty index -1) as well as the multiple poverty index and finally the causal relationship between economic performance and human poverty.

(1990-2015), where the levels of human development vary in these countries.

These countries should seek to adopt more diversified and comprehensive policies and procedures to address this phenomenon in accordance with the perspective of sustainable human development, as well as launching an integrated Arab project to address Arab human poverty.

The United Nations Millennium Declaration on Development and Poverty Eradication and the adoption of phased planning to implement the objectives of the project, thus stimulating governmental and non-governmental institutions to address human development issues in general and human poverty in particular
