Abstract EN

The unemployment is one of the most important problems facing the Algerian economy, like the other Third World economies, as this problem has become one of the pressing issues because of its negative dimentions and serious consequences on the national economy.

Therefore, the Algerian government has developed a policy of employment which includes a range of modes of employment and formation, in addition, the government worked to facilitate the procedures of financing for the industrial and commercial activities which is approved by the young people to enable the success of this policy, one of its signs, the decline of the rate of unemployemet to 12.3℅ according to the statistics of 2017.
