This research aims to try to clarify the active role and the unlimited contribution that a number of Iraqi judges made in the history of the Arab Islamic state by developing and modernizing some judicial systems that remained unchanged until the advent of competent (Iraqi) judges, especially in the Abbasid era, to which the first roots return Due to the emergence of the position of Chief Justice, and that the true maturity of the judicial system, which witnessed a diversification in the application of judgments based on the known Islamic doctrines, was going back to the same period, hence our choice of the end of the Abbasid era, and the idea of the study crystallized in my desire to know the history of Iraqis in the judicial institution and the role of its men Highlighting the Iraqis and highlighting the Iraqi cities that drew the first legal building blocks in Iraqi history, especially Basra, Kufa, Wasit, Baghdad, Mosul, the capital of the Islamic Caliphate, the role of the People of the House (peace be upon them) in it, Baghdad, Mosul and other cities, and the impact of the political, social and economic situation on the Iraqi judicial institution.
