Abstract EN

This research aims to identify, the role played by electronic accounting to diminish the quality of banking service in Iraqi banks and based on the implementation of the research hypothesis and research goals, a questionnaire consisting of three axes has been prepared dealing with the first interview, the demographic distribution of the sample, while the second axis includes the elements of electronic accounting while it came The third axis is the study of the quality of banking services, where the five-way Lekert scale was used to measure the search variables, as well as the questionnaire was distributed to the research sample of 108 employees, of which 105 were retrieved, thus the response was 97% , as some other methods were employed.

An environment such as the correlation and regression coefficient to measure the relationship and impact between search variables by using the spss program in data analysis.

A set of results has been reached, the most important of which is that the research banks use and positively use electronic accounting and ready accounting programs with the availability of qualified human capabilities and this clearly reflects the quality of the banking service The research also recommended the need to simulate the developed world in the field of providing banking services and focus on training courses.
