Abstract EN

The present study aims to recognize the practice of the real creative leadership for leaders at the University of Djelfa and how different is the exercise of this creative leadership by them with the different variables of the study (function, academic qualification, experience in administration, number of training programs); besides knowing prominent obstacles that prevent from practicing creative leadership in the university of Djelfa by high leaders during carrying out their duties.

The descriptive method is adopted in fulfilling this study on a society shaped in the high personnel of the University of Djelfa.

The survey has come out with a number of obstacles that prevent from practicing creative leadership and the difference in the degree of practice depending on the function and the experience in administration.
