Public expenditure constitutes a fundamental hub in people's lives because it relates to their daily lives, it also considered as an important tool of financial instruments used by the government to satisfy public needs, and the achievement of development is related to the extent of the development of the state in this field because of its relationship to poverty reduction.

Public services are considered an essential hub to determine the poverty lines in modern methods.

So the rational and well-planned public expenditure help to fight poverty and reduce it, Algeria is one of the countries that its own people suffer from the waste of public expenditure and the lack of contribution to the reduction of poverty and its effect on the lives of individuals and society.
