The research aimed to know : 1.

The critical personality of university students.

2.

Conscientiousness of university students 3.

The correlation between the critical personality and Conscientiousness among university students.

The research community was determined of the students of al-Mustansiriya University, College of Education, as a sample of (150) students was selected, chosen by a simple random method.

The results of the current research resulted in the following : 1- There are statistically significant differences between the hypothetical average and the arithmetic mean of the students on the critical personality scale.

2- There are statistically significant differences between the hypothetical average and the arithmetic mean of students on the scale of Conscientiousness.

3- There is correlation between the critical personality and Conscientiousness among university students.

Based on the results of the research, the researcher came up with some recommendations and suggestions.
