Abstract EN

The aim of this article is to study the effectiveness of monetary policy for developing countries that have implemented programs of the International Monetary Fund in previous years.

By the way, we try to address the magnitude of the phenomenon of informal economy in these countries and to show how they benefit from their previous experiences with reform programs to get to draw an effective monetary policy in the light of the existence of this economy.

This research shows that the large parallel economy minimize the success of the monetary policy and the reform programs.
