Abstract EN

This article attempts to analyze and clarify the relationship between education and labor market, by examining the situation of secondary education out puts on the Algerian labor market, and their contribution to the development.

Considering that this category constitutes an economic and social investment of human resources.

To highlight this study The Analytical Descriptive Method and the Historical Method have been used to deduce that this category occupies an undeniable place in the labor market, since it constitutes an indispensable link in the development of the region in which it is situated.

We also underline the need to develop a more global theoretical approach to get out of the circle of description and analysis of these two variables : (education outputs and labor market).

Cet article tente d’analyser et de clarifier la relation entre l’enseignement et le marché du travail, il traite Le statut des résultats de l'enseignement secondaire sur le marché du travail algérien et sa contribution au développement, Vu que cette catégorie constitue un investissement économique et social des ressources humaines.

Pour mettre en évidence cette étude on a employé la Méthode descriptive analytique et la Méthode historique pour en déduire que cette catégorie occupe une place incontestable dans le marché du travail, car elle constitue un maillon indispensable du développement de la région dans laquelle elle se situe.

Nous soulignons également la nécessité de développer une approche théorique plus globale pour sortir du cercle de description et d'analyse de ces deux
