Abstract EN

The study aims to present a theoretical concept of mechanisms for developing teaching skills at the university professor in light of Deming's quality wheel standards (PDCA).

The study used the descriptive approach whose plan focuses on determining the teaching skills that the university professor must have, based on the educational literature on the quality and standards of university teaching performance.

The study also presents a summary of Deming's philosophy in the application of quality and its four phases within its famous wheel : (plan, implement, control, and adjust).

Then it detailed the skills development mechanisms using the Deming Wheel.

The study ended with some suggestions for the results achieved.
