This article explores the culture of quality which is one of the requirements of the current era based on the philosophy of quality and competition, shedding light on the cultural system of the Algerian worker in the light of globalization and in the context of socio-cultural construction of Algerian society, which has gone through several historical stages.

Economic, cultural and social values reflected in their entirety a set of values, principles, norms and behavioral patterns that characterized the practices of the workers' class in particular.
