Abstract EN

Poverty takes several forms, some of them are physical or social, or even cultural, for this, the poverty is a complex phenomenon combines substantive dimensions such as (revenues, property, profession, stratification statu ), and subjective dimensions (life style, expenditure and consumption method, intellectual affiliation, awareness and culture ), whereas, a good understanding and analysis of the poverty as an economic or social phenomenon based on qualitative analysis of main phenomena, first of one related to inequality of income distribution and redistribution to social groups, on the other hand, second one related to issue of stratification and subsistence inequality.

The poverty is also a global problem and social phenomenon has an economic impacts and Multiple political implications, it is also affects a society and state, economy as well, naturally, the poverty has been contributing to damages in several sectors, many international reports claim that one fifth of the population of the globe are poor, accordingly it appears that there are lot of policies and strategies to address the problem poverty phenomenon.
