The museums are cultural institutions that have established their existence through different historical stages during which they have evolved in form and content until they have reached the current model.

The museum perform several social and formation roles that established within the social fabric and become part of its institutions, its basic concept linked to its relationship With the public that attends it and embodies its essential function in preserving the natural and human heritage with its achievements and presenting it to the public.

The museum institution system has appeared within the Algerian society as an appendix to several factors imposed by historical contexts, and took its evolutionary approach trying to integrate into the societal culture within different determinants and create a social experience for building a mass base.
