As long as the child labor is counter the protection of his rights and furthermore that facilitates his exploitation.

The new strategic trend at the international and national level aims at the gradual eradication of the phenomena of child labor by applying many guaranties of the protection of the most important investment in the society in which it is considered the real heart for its construction.

Whatever the states do for the development of their legislative system relating to the child labor, the reality shows several handicaps which are justified by the need of the labor by investors on one hand, and the need of families of child laborer to money on the other hand.
