This study aims to highlight on some of the theories explained for learning difficulties from the point of view of psychologists, neurological model, behavioral entrance, therapeutic diagnostic approach, the cognitive input.

This is in contrast to what French sociologist Pierre Bourdieu brought up from his studies about the school and its bearing on Habitus, symbolic violence and reproduction of the hegemonic system, he refute the validity of scales used to measure the degrees of intelligence, as well as the interpretation of various theories of the causes of learning difficulties, whether medical, psychological, or social.

As his sociological analysis of the causes of learning difficulties is due to class in society, the successful students in the school belong to the bourgeois classes, and that there are few percentages of the lower classes that reach success and reach important positions within society.
