Arabic Abstract

يعانى ذوي الإعاقة من عدة مشكلات اقتصادية و اجتماعية و مشكلات تتعلق بالرعاية الأسرية لهم و أيضا الرعاية الصحية و التعليمية و الإتاحة الفيزيقية و هذه تمثل تحديات تحول دون اندماجهم في المجتمع ليكونوا قطاع منتج و فعال و يكون لهم دور في الحياة و ليس عبئا على أسرهم و مجتمعهم الذى يعيشون فيه على الرغم أن هناك جهود كبيرة تبذلها الحكومة المصرية لتوفير الرعاية لهم.

و في هذا البحث تم استعراض الواقع الحالي للخدمات المتاحة لذوي الإعاقة ثم عرض التحديات التي تواجه تمكين ذوى الإعاقة ثم التوصيات لتمكينهم من الحصول على احتياجاتهم و هو المأمول تحقيقه.

English Abstract

People with disabilities suffer from several economic and social problems and problems related to family care for them, as well as health, educational and physical accessibility, and these represent challenges that prevent their integration into society to be a productive and effective sector and have a role in life and not a burden on their families and society in which they live, although there are great efforts.

Made by the Egyptian government to provide them with care.

In this research, the current reality of the services available to people with disabilities was reviewed, then the challenges facing empowering people with disabilities were presented, and then recommendations were made to enable them to obtain their needs, which it is hoped to achieve.
