Arabic Abstract

لقد تضمنت هذه الورقة العديد من العناصر الهامة المرتبطة بالاضطرابات النمائية من منظور طريقة خدمة الفرد في الخدمة الاجتماعية وقد اشتملت على التطور التاريخي للاضطرابات النمائية و كيف انتشرت و مظاهر تطورها ثم تطرقت للحديث عن مفهومها و أيضا تطرقت للحديث عن تصنيفاتها (أنواعها) التي تمثلت في اضطراب التوحد و متلازمة اسبرجر و متلازمة ريت و اضطراب الطفوقة التفككي و اضطراب نمائي عام غير محدد في أي مكان أخر و أيضا تطرقت للحديث عن أسباب حدوث هذه الاضطرابات النمائية وتم توضيح أسباب الاضطرابات النمائية في أسباب وراثية و أسباب نفسية و أسباب كيميائية حيوية و أسباب ثقافية و أسرية و أسباب ترجع إلى طبيعة البيئة المحيطة بالطفل و التلوث البيئي و تعرض الطفل أثناء الحمل لبعض الفيروسات و خلل الجهاز العصبي المركزي و الفرضيات الأيضية و أيضا تطرقت للحديث عن الأثار الناتجة عن هذه الاضطرابات النمائية التي تمثلت في أثار اجتماعية و أثار نفسية و تطرقت للحديث أيضا عن دور طريقة خدمة الفرد في مجال الاضطرابات النمائية ثم توضيح أدوار الممارس العام في مجال الاضطرابات النمائية وتم توضيح العديد من الأدوار التي يجب أن يتصف بها الممارس العام في مجال الاضطرابات النمائية مثل دوره كإداري و كمخطط و كمنظم و كمعلم و كمرشد و كممكن و كمعالج و كمقدم للتسهيلات كمستشار كمقوم ثم تطرقت للحديث عن خطوات الممارسة المهنية في خدمة الفرد في مجال الاضطرابات النمائية من خلال عملية الدراسة و التشخيص و العلاج ثم تم توضيح الاتجاهات الحديثة في علاج الاضطرابات النمائية من خلال العديد من الأساليب العلاجية المتمثلة في تعديل السلوك و العلاج الطبي (الدوائي) و العلاج بالموسيقى و العلاج بالنطق و الكلام و العلاج بالدراما و العلاج بالغذاء و العلاج بالفيتامينات.

English Abstract

This paper included many important elements related to developmental disorders from the perspective of the individual's service method in social service, and it included the historical development of developmental disorders, how they spread and the manifestations of their development, and then touched on their concept and also touched on their classifications (types), which were autistic disorder Asperger's syndrome, Rett syndrome, disintegrative disorder, and general developmental disorder not specified anywhere else, and also touched upon the causes of these developmental disorders, and the causes of developmental disorders have been clarified in genetic, psychological, biochemical, cultural and family reasons, The reasons are due to the nature of the environment surrounding the child, environmental pollution, the child's exposure during pregnancy to some viruses, central nervous system dysfunction, and metabolic hypotheses, and also talked about the effects resulting from these developmental disorders which were represented in social and psychological effects, and I also talked about the role of The method of serving the individual in the field of developmental disorders, then clarifying the roles of the general practitioner in the field of developmental disorders and clarifying many of the roles that should be characterized It includes the general practitioner in the field of developmental disorders such as his role as an administrator, as a planner, as a regulator, as a teacher, as a guide, as possible, as a healer, as a provider of facilities, as a consultant, as a evaluator, then touched upon the steps of professional practice in serving the individual in the field of developmental disorders through the process of study, diagnosis and treatment Then, modern trends in the treatment of developmental disorders were clarified through many therapeutic methods, such as behavior modification, medical treatment (pharmacotherapy), music therapy, speech and speech therapy, drama therapy, food therapy, and vitamin therapy
