Arabic Abstract

إن قضية تعليم ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة وتأهيلهم تمثل تحديا حضاريا للأمم والمجتمعات، لأنها قضية إنسانية بالدرجة الأولى، يمكن أن تعوق تقدم الأمم، باعتبار أن المعوقين يمثلون نسبة لا تقل عن 10% من مجموع السكان على المستوى المحلي والدولي، وقد لاحظ الباحثان وجود قصور في أساليب التعلم لفئة المعاقين سمعيا حيث اشتملت عملية التعلم على المعلمة وبعض الصور التوضيحية البسيطة ولذلك قاما الباحثان بأجراء هذه الدراسة باستخدام الوسائط المتعددة والاستفادة من استخدام بعض هذه الوسائل في تعلم المهارات الحركية الأساسية للأطفال المعاقين سمعيا، وهدفت الدارسة إلي تصميم برنامج تعليمي باستخدام الوسائط المتعددة للأطفال المعاقين سمعيا و التعرف على تأثير البرنامج على تعلم بعض المهارات الأساسية والمتغيرات البدنية لدى الأطفال المعاقين سمعيا، تم اختيار مجتمع البحث من الأطفال المعاقين سمعيا بمدارس الأمل بالقاهرة وعددهم (50) طفلا للعام الدراسي 2018-2019م واشتملت عينة البحث على الأطفال المعاقين سمعيا بمدرسة الأمل للمعاقين سمعيا بمدينة القاهرة والذين يكون مستوى السمع لديهم (91) ديسبل فأكثر للمستوى السني (5-7) سنوات وعددهم (30) طفلا مقسمين إلى مجموعتين إحداهما تجريبية والأخرى ضابطة قوام كل منها (15) طفلا هذا بالإضافة إلى (10) أطفال لإجراء المعاملات العلمية للبحث، وكانت أهم النتائج أن برنامج التربية الحركية المقترح له تأثير إيجابي ذو دلالة إحصائية علي المجموعة التجريبية في المتغيرات البدنية قيد البحث (ثني الذراعين، الدوائر المرقمة، العدو 30 متر من البدء المتحرك، ثني الجذع من الوقوف) وذلك للأطفال ضعاف السمع مجموعة البحث التجريبية.

English Abstract

The issue of educating and rehabilitating people with special needs represents a civilizational challenge to nations and societies, because it is primarily a humanitarian issue that can hinder the progress of nations, given that the disabled represent at least 10% of the total population at the local and international level, and the researchers noted the deficiency in methods Learning for the hearing-impaired group, where the learning process included the teacher and some simple pictograms.

Therefore, the two researchers conducted this study using multimedia and benefited from the use of some of these methods in learning basic motor skills for children with hearing impairments.

The study aimed to design an educational program using multimedia for children with hearing disabilities.

Identify the effect of the program on learning some basic skills and physical variables among children with hearing impairment.

The research community was selected from the hearing-impaired children in Cairo’s Al-Amal Schools, numbering (50) children for the 2018-2019 academic year.

The research sample included hearing impaired children at Al Amal School for the Hearing Impaired.

In Cairo, those whose hearing level is (91) dB or more for the age level (5-7) years And their number is (30) children divided into two groups, one experimental and the other controlling each of them (15) children, in addition to (10) children to conduct scientific transactions for research, and the most important results were that the proposed movement education program has a positive effect of statistical significance on the experimental group in the variables Physics in question (arm bending, numbered circles, running 30 meters from the moving start, torso bending from standing) for the hearing-impaired children.
