Abstract EN

The current research aims to prepare a list of the professional skills required for laboratory manufacturers.

And try to reveal the reality of those competencies in laboratory laboratory.

Applied in the science laboratory in primary schools in Bisha Governorate, Saudi Arabia.

Sample of the research: A group of laboratory testers in primary schools in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the number of (60) were randomly selected and divided into two groups, experimental group and a control group each with (30) laboratory records.

The research was based on a descriptive approach in the review of books, literature and studies related to in-service training and application of the list of professional competencies to determine the availability of these competencies in laboratories.

In the light of the results of the research, discussion and interpretation, the researcher recommends using the list of professional competencies of laboratory technicians in primary schools in Saudi Arabia, presented by the current research.

And training lab producers to deal with students and teachers in order to facilitate their performance of work.

And the need to involve lab producers in building training programs by knowing their desires in the educational environment, with the importance of their contribution to the educational content, in order to encourage lab producers to learn
