This study aimed to investigate the role of strategic information systems in developing the performance of organizations by applying to al- Nafidi Company Limited, and the study provided through the theoretical framework an explanation of what is strategic information systems, and the concept of organizations' performance, also reviewed some previous studies and clarified the similarities and differences between them and this study, the study addressed This topic is based on questions formulated on the basis of the hypotheses upon which the study was based.

There is a statistically significant relationship between strategic information systems and organizational performance development.

There is a relationship between improving the level of operational efficiency and developing the performance of organizations.

There is a relationship between encouraging innovation at work and developing organizational performance.

There is a relationship between building strategic information resources and developing organizational performance.

The study reached several results, the most important of which was the presence of a statistically significant relationship at the level of statistical significance (α ≤ 0.05) between strategic information systems and the development of the performance of al-Nafidi Company Limited, as it was found that there was a statistically significant relationship at the level of statistical significance (α ≤ 0.05) between improving the level Operational efficiency and development of the performance of al-Nafidi Company Limited, and also showed a statistically significant relationship at the level of statistical significance (α ≤ 0.05) between encouraging innovation in work and developing the performance of al-Nafidi Company Limited, as it was found that there is a statistically significant relationship at the level of statistical significance (α ≤ 0.05) Between building the resource Alomat strategy and develop the performance of Alinvada Company Limited.
