An active smartphone, which represents the power used in the dynamics of the society and its development compared to other digital media, and therefore must work to update the policies and programs necessary to organize the skills of the class and educated in controlling the smart digitization of the phone and provide them with various experiences and trends and the realization of the mind in all actions.

The Arab academic pedagogy is considered as the human force capable of confronting the variables that are synonymous with digital education, especially since Western countries have reached a great extent to control these mechanisms.
