Abstract EN

The study aimed to design an electronic computers based test to select physical educators " applicants" for job recruitment based on their capabilities, qualifications and job needs.

The population of the study consisted of sixty one physical educators" applicants" from Alexandria Governorate, Egypt.

A random sample of forty four applicant was selected this was 72.l3 ℅ of the study population.

Results concluded that both validity and reliability measures of the designed test were confirmed and reliable for the selection of physical educators applicants.

Also, the results cleared that the designed electronic test was able to reveal the common differences between the applicants and the potential of this testing method " computer based test" to compare between the applicants for p educators for job recruitment.

The study recommended that this electronic test could be used on a large scale to help in physical education educators selection for job recruitment this based on the feasibility and accuracy of the test results.
