Sports training is a planned and targeted educational process that adopts many theories and scientific opinions of natural and human sciences in order to reach the player for the integrated preparation of its multiple aspects in the training loads until it reaches the top of the general adjustment process by reaching the highest possible level.

Therefore, sports training is considered a major educational tool Best results in sports competitions.

The sport of squash is one of the most demanding sports for physical abilities such as strength, speed, agility, harmony and balance, especially strength with speed.

However, the speed factor in its various forms is the most important for squash squash because it has positive biological effects which can be achieved by using the peace train.

In order to achieve a balance between the motor efficiency of the players and their biological competence, which called for the researcher to apply a program used in the peace training and integration by other training methods to develop the physical and skill capabilities of the movements of feet for the origin of squash .

The study aimed at designing a training program using the training ladder.

The development of some physical and skillful abilities of the two men's movements for squash origin was carried out.

The researcher used the experimental method using a single group using the method of measuring the tribal and vertebrate to suit the nature of this study.

The sample included six six squash under 13 years With records of the Egyptian Squash Association from the youth squash club Tanta Sports.

The most important results were that the training program using the training ladder led to the development of some physical abilities such as agility, speed, muscular strength of the two men, speed of reaction and skillful abilities of the accuracy of forhand, backhand, dropshot, lobshot to the Junior squash under 13 years.
