Research aimed to identify the differences between the effectiveness of teaching both module self-positive traditional way in reducing anxiety learn to swim and improve performance technical swimming chest level of female students with learning difficulties, the researcher used the experimental method on a sample of 18 female students of female students with learning difficulties, the band third Faculty of Physical Education, University of Sadat city, has been divided into two groups, one experimental group and a control group and the other strength of each (9) students, and research tools: scale anxiety learn to swim - high IQ test - performance Evaluation form thousand level Z swimming chest - the educational program by using module self-positive.

The most important results are: 1- The educational program using the positive self-model method has a statistically significant positive effect at (0.05) level on the swimming learning anxiety and the technical performance of chest swimming for students with learning disabilities.

2.

The use of the traditional method has a statistically significant positive effect (0.05) on the level of technical performance of chest culture for students with learning disabilities, while it has no effect on the swimming learning anxiety.

3.

Positive self-affirmative technique is more effective than the traditional method of raising the state of anxiety of swimming learning and the technical performance of swimming chest for students with learning difficulties.
