Abstract EN

The aim of the study was to identify the nature of the attitude of the players in the Kurdistan varsity League towards sport coaching profession and also aimed to know the level of psychosocial compatibility for both games Football Basket Ball, the researcher used the method of descriptive in his study because it is the best and common method for such studies and also it can analyze and evaluate and diagnosis the phenomenon by using umbers and data.

The Society and the study Sample includes Football and Basketball players the numbers of clubs for Basket was ( 8 ) teams consist of ( 96 ) players from all cities and provinces of the region the same thing with Football team which has ( 14 ) teams consist of ( 252 ) players , So the total size of the study Society was ( 384 ) three hundred eighty four individual The researchers tried to designed and prepared a scale for psychosocial compatibility for players, based on previous literature, sources and references, the scale consist of sixty-five (56 ) points the scale's has also five alternatives (Too Many / Many / sometimes / rarely / never) the researcher translated the scale to the Kurdish language so it will be more easy for those kurish players to answer it, Regarding to the Scale of attitude towards coaching The researcher relied on Berki Altaher Scale (2011) which was so modern and suitable for such study and it consists of five dimensions or province with ( 59 ) totaling paragraph After statistic procedures and Items analyses such as Power Discrimination and Internal Consistency coefficient the both scales becomes ready for the main experiment ,It is necessary to mention that we used some statistical means in this study such as Simple correlation coefficient for Person and t-test for the sample to compare the mathematical mean of the sample as a whole with the mean and the analysis of the variance between the groups and within the groups as a means of knowing the existence of statistical differences regarding type of game.
