The research aims to identify the investment of intellectual capital in achieving the competitive advantage in the Egyptian sports institutions.

The researcher followed the analytical descriptive method using the survey method due to its suitability to the nature of the research.

The research sample was chosen in a deliberate manner by the professors of sports administration, And the number of members of the board of directors in clubs and sports federations reached 113, where the survey sample reached (15) individuals and a percentage of 13.27%.

The basic sample was 98 persons with a percentage of 86.72% And the most important results : 1.

The polarization of intellectual capital in the sports institution requires that the sports institution have a clear idea of the concept of intellectual capital.

The intellectual capital industry requires that the sports institution possess human resources that are accurate, modern and quickly implemented.

It should also be concerned with the suggestions of employees and members in developing the services of the institution.

The revitalization of intellectual capital consists of a set of practices, the most important of which is to encourage the sports institution represented by its leaders to establish seminars between the workers to invest their intellectual energies, and to ensure that the sports institution embraces the workers who move away from monotony in performance.
