This study aimed to identifying the role of governance the activation of investment mechanisms in sports Organizations through the identification of (the concept and nature of governance in sports Organizations, mechanisms of activating the principles of corporate governance sporting Organizations, the determinants of governance to activate Investment sports Organizations, mechanisms, introduction of governance sports Organizations requirements, ways and mechanisms to attract investment for sports Organizations), the researcher used the descriptive survey manner suits the nature of the study, was the study sample choose randomly from among the boards of directors and staff clubs, sports federations and the Olympic Committee and the Egyptian workers at the Ministry of youth and Sports and some districts of youth and Sports in Egypt and numbered (660) Subjects, while the study sample was scoping (40) Subjects of the original community and outside the study sample, the researcher used the survey as a tool to collect data, and represented the study's conclusions in the governance of sports organizations reflect the rules and laws that guarantee management group and control of sports organization financially and administratively, and activating the corporate governance principles of sports Organizations disclosure of accounting policies and methods mechanisms, emphasizing the importance of the role of the auditor to express an opinion on the fairness and validity of the financial reports for sports institution.
