Facing university education in our modern world is a challenge in preparing graduates who are able to compete in the labor market by providing students with all the latest facts, concepts and theories to shape their attitudes towards coping with the explosion of knowledge and accelerated technological progress and help them to employ their mental, The study resulted in the following results: 1- To obtain a list of the basic and sub-teaching skills that must be available for field training students in the field of diving at the Faculty of Physical Education in Port Said 2 - The effectiveness of the proposed strategy in the development of teaching skills (lesson planning, teaching performance, personal, calendar) 3- The effectiveness of the proposed strategy in improving the level of cognitive achievement 4.

The effectiveness of the proposed strategy is to develop the level of performance of the basic skills of the deep diver The researcher recommended: 1 - Guided by the proposed strategy in the preparation and rehabilitation of field training students diving specialty 2 - The need to provide an applied aspect in the course of diving specialization from theoretical and practical teaching methods to develop teaching skills 3- Utilizing the evaluation forms (teaching skills, skill level, cognitive achievement) for students' assessment during the classroom to determine the success of the educational process.
