This development is one of the challenges facing the Arab Republic of Egypt in the current period The study resulted in the following results: 1 - NLP helped to increase the effectiveness of the educational process, which reduced the effort and increase the educational benefit 2 - There is an improvement in the level of skilled performance to defend the transmission in volleyball 3 - The program affects the NLP positively on the emotional side of the students of the experimental group.

The researcher recommended: 1.

Application of the NLP program to the rest of the different study groups.

2 - the need to pay attention to the use of NLP and to indicate its role during the educational process.

3 - the inclusion of NLP programs in the development of other specialized sports activities.

4 - Conduct more studies and research to identify the techniques of NLP in other educational stages.
