As a matter of fact, the search for stability by the modern firm does not necessarily mean resorting to stagnancy; rather its stability will not be achieved without taking into account the continuous life changes.
This includes no contradiction, if we consider that the desired change aims at reaching the ultimate performance, in the light of the successive novelties in both internal and external contexts of the firm.
On this basis, the work towards practicing change leads to two behaviors: the positive cooperative behavior interacting with the change and contributes in it, and the negative behavior swinging between stagnancy and a very harsh resistance.
For this reason, our article comes to present, first, the concept of change and its importance, types and management; then, it investigates the concept of change resistance management and all other dimensions pertaining to the main problem, its causes, indications and how to deal to reach success in administering change resistance.
