The aim of the stud\ is to examine the degree ol consistaney between environmental criteria and competitive behavior of Jordan indu.sirail companies, findings show changable complex environment of respondent companies.

Findings also show no congreuencc between the competitive behavior of respondent companies and the results of many previous theoritical and practical studies condncted on this issue, in which , this stud> proved that Jordan industrial organizations still have a reactor and defender competitive bcha\ ior that does not match with its environment.
