اختلفت الأساليب المتبعة في محاربة و باء فيروس كورونا ( كوفيد- 19) بين دول أعلنت حالة الطوارئ معتبرتا بذلك أن انتشار هذا الوباء يعد ضرورتا ملحة موجبتا لذلك و بين دول أخرى اكتفت بتفعيل إجراءات الضبط الإداري لضمان حماية الصحة العامة.
Abstract EN
The methods used in the response to the corona-virus ( covi 19 ) epidemic varied among countries that declared state of emergency, considering that the spread of the epidemic is an urgent necessity, and that other countries have only activated administrative control measures to ensure the protection of public heath.
