The research aims to highlight the importance of access to information in the lives of citizens during crises, especially during the crisis of the "Covid-19" pandemic, which the world is living in, where false news is being promoted fear and panic, and sends illusions and malicious messages.

This prompted governments to take legal and technical measures to counter this phenomenon.

The research concludes that the realization of the right to access information to citizens and journalists and the free flow of information by the media in any country, remains the most effective solution to fighting false news, because it represents the way to spread the right news and to give transparency to the practices of state agencies and highlight the efforts they make in Crisis Management.
