To reveal the effectiveness of an guided program in developing motivation for learning in students of the fifth primary year, for 40 students, employed the experimental approach with a quasi-experimental design, Youssef Qutami the motivational scale for learning, and a study-designed guided program for researchers, after appropriate statistical treatment with the Pearson correlation coefficient, and the T test ,the study revealed the Results showed: there are statistically significant differences in the effectiveness of a mentoring program to develop motivation for learning in the dimensional measurement between the experimental group and the control for experimental benefit at the level of (0.05).
