Political violence is considered a human behavior that societies have known with different forms of government, and various forms of systems.

This behavior has a number of political, economic, social, cultural, and psychological causes, and it is different depending on the source, it may be by the people, by the authority, or by a graduating group On the system and even on the people, so it is a societal phenomenon with various causes and different sources.

The current study attempts to investigate the relationship of the election law and parties to political violence in Algeria and what are its implications.

There is a similar agreement between the majority of learners of the phenomenon of political violence on violence, which becomes political when its goals or motives are political, despite the difference between them in determining the nature and quality of these goals and the nature of the forces associated with them.
