The issue of environmental protection is considered a local, regional issue rather than a central one, due to the proximity of local bodies to reality and the peculiarities of the components of the environment that characterize them, and given that the issue of environmental protection is governed by a set of public and private laws, the task of preserving it has become entrusted to a group of sectors and bodies, whether At the central or dirt level.

That is why Morocco has worked to develop a strategy of action aimed at protecting the environment.

The aim of this strategy will be to reconcile economic and social development with the rational and sustainable use of natural resources.
