هدفت الدراسة إلى إبراز دور الإدارة الالكترونية باعتبارها مصدرا مهما و ذو كفاءة في تفعيل التطوير التنظيمي في مقر المحافظة السامية لتطوير السهوب بالجلفة.
وقد انطلق الباحثان من مشكلة تتفرع بدورها إلى تساؤلات فرعية و لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة والوصول إلى حل للإشكالية العامة و تساؤلاتها تم استخدام استبانة تحتوي على (26 فقرة) كأداة أساسية لجمع المعلومات وقد وزعت على 90 موظفا من أصل 412 موظف أي ما نسبته (21.
84 %) تم اختيارهم عشوائيا من المجتمع المدروس و بعد المعالجة الإحصائية بالاعتماد على برنامج الـ (spss v21) توصلنا إلى وجود أثر ايجابي للإدارة الالكترونية على التطوير التنظيمي.
و بناءا على النتائج المتوصل إليها تم الخروج بمجموعة من التوصيات

This study aimed to appear the role of electronic management considering as a important and qualified source in activation the organizational development at the High Commissariat for the Development of the Steppe (H.
C.
D.
S) in Djelfa.
The researchers began from Problem expressed by a number of Sub-questions, and They used a Questionnaire that included (26 Paragraphs) As tool for gathering Information to achieve the Objectives and answer the questions, it was distributed to (90 employees) of (540) from the the High Commissariat for the Development of the Steppe in Djelfa, equivalent (21.
84%) approximately were randomly selected from the studied Community.
After using of (SPSS v21) the Existence of Statistical relationship and a Positive effect of electronic management on the organizational development was confirmed Based on these Results some of recommendations which serve the Objectives of research was made.
