Abstract EN

The importance of our subject of research is to know the meaning of wellbeing at work work through the theoretical side and also through an applied field study of a sample of workers in Algeria by highlighting the quality of work life in Algeria.

The aim of this study was to evaluate the wellbeing at work in Algeria.

To achieve the goal of the study, a questionnaire was presented and divided into a random sample in various Algerian institutions.

The study of the averages was used to determine the effect of different general determinants of welfare, whether economic or social, on welfare at work.

The welfare at work of the study sample is not only related to income but other factors.
