The greatest intention of the Sharia is to bring interests and ward off evil, and that happens by reforming the human being, and is well disciplined by his youth by many means, and beating is one of those means with a difference about its usefulness, and the research aims to introduce what is beating in the law and its conditions, with an attempt to identify the legal vision of beating the Algerian and European legislator .The research concluded that hitting is a means adopted by the Sharia for disciplinary purposes, and specific conditions and rules have been set for it.

As for the legal position towards it, the Algerian legislator tends to prohibit corporal punishment while now allowing light hitting, while the European legislator has reached 32 European countries to ban it completely with a strong intention to generalize the ban.)
