The exploitation of agricultural lands is a remarkable development in terms of the legislative framework that regulates it, considering that the agricultural sector is an essential engine for the development and economy of any country.

The most important of these texts is Law 10-03, which specify the terms and conditions of private agricultural lands of state's property, Concession system.

It is in this context that we have tried through this study to determine the various rights that this law and other regulatory texts have for the concessionaire investor.
