Livestock is a significant natural resource given its environmental and scientific and even economic value.

Despite all this the current reality is based on reserch and studies reveals that these animals are in constant decline to the point of extinction as a result of human activities increased so it's must be subject to a legal system protect These animals to ensure survival and continuity in its natural envermantal Which was enshrined by the Algerian legislator by adopting several mechanism the most important areas protected by law number 11/02 dated 17february2011 concerning protected areas within the frame work of sustainable development which play an important role in protection of endangered animals through the olute prohibition of some Human activities and Adoption of the system of prior licenses to carry out some permissible activities as a corollary on the one hand and imposition of penalities for offenders as a deterrent on the other hand.
