The coastline is one of the niches for the realization of tourism projects in a context of sustainable development, the correlation between the two concepts is indisputable.

The legislator by the integration of the elements of the coastline in the tourist development tends to protect at the same time the littoral and in an effective way.

However, the reality remains very far from the objectives drawn, the ineffectiveness of the legal norm marked by the absence of dissuasive means makes the concretization of the tourist policy very complicated.
