The last constitutional amendment of March 6, 2016 is the first constitutional amendment that strengthens the legislative role of the National Assembly by granting it for the first time and according to the text of Article 136 thereof the right to initiate laws, after the previous constitutional texts were not equal between the two chambers of Parliament, especially at the level of the initiative stage of laws that It has been confined only since 1996, that is, since its dedication to the members of the first chamber, which is the focal point that formed the basis of our problem of how the constitutional amendment of 2016 contributed to strengthening the legislative role of the National Assembly for the first time at the level of the initiative phase, which will be dealt with within three basic axes.
