the need for training is a priority as it provides insights and solutions to the different issues and problems, which rise at the level of the Parliament.

Academic education alone is no longer sufficient to master the parliamentary and political work, which requires higher skills, and calls for improving the level of qualifications of deputies In dealing with various segments of the society, defending their rights, and drafting laws with objectivity, and away from political biases.

Accordingly, this research comes to highlight the relationship between the Algerian Parliamentary work and its decision-making Impact over the society, as well as the actual level of deputies' training and its influence over the performance of the Algerian political elite.

The conclusion will be addressed through a field study including 132 deputies out of 462 belonging to the first chamber of the Parliament.
