This study deals with the role of the urban police in maintaining Aesthetic Public Order, with looking to imbalances that became distorting the general view of Algerian cities, which encouraged the legislator to include aesthetic dimension in many legal texts related to urban activity, The researcher aims through this study know the nature of the authorities enjoyed by the agents of the urban police in the inspection and investigation violations of the esthetic luster of the city and the sanctions provided for it.
