Abstract EN

This study aims to shed light on financial stability in Algeria and how it was established in a period in which the world is witnessing the deadline for the implementation of Bal 3 agreements, which aim to support and enhance global financial stability and the recording of an external shock which hit particularly the oil countries following by the sharp drop in oil prices since June 2014.

This study has reached a central conclusion spin around the fragility of Algerian financial and banking system and its lack of strong stability pillars with its link to the oil sector on one hand and limited application of the pillars of Bal 3 on the other hand, the thing which requires greater attention to this subject to avoid Crises and their repercussions on all aspects of the economy.
