In contrast, the media and the remarkable technological and informational movement have recently attempted to create a number of authorities that are empowered to keep pace with these developments.

The situation leads to some disputes between the users of the audiovisual service and the moral persons who exploit this service, which in turn leads to a negative or positive conflict between the media control authorities
