Abstract EN

The subject of mixed marriage dissolution is one of the most controversial topics and raises several problems in private international law, because of mixed relationship among individuals, because of deference legislations ; religions ; customs and seams between nations.

To solve these problems, the Algerian legislation sought like other legislations, to create a conflict rule which aims to determine the most competent law.

While foreign law applies if it is competent, and it also excludes its application if it contravenes public order in Algerian legislation or contains a fraud against the law.
