بعد أن أعلن الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترامب عن قراره بالاعتراف بالقدس عاصمة لإسرائيل و المضي في نقل السفارة الأمريكية إليها تضاربت الأصداء في المجتمع الدولي حول شرعية إصدار هذا القرار و تبعاته، القانونية و السياسية خاصة و أن القدس تعتبر أرضا محتلة بموجب قواعد القانون الدولي و العلاقات الدولية و لا يجوز ضمها أو نقل السيادة الإسرائيلية إليها بل و قبل ذلك كانت تعتبر كيانا دوليا خاضعا لإدارة مجلس الوصاية التابع للأمم المتحدة
Abstract EN
After USA president Donald trump announced his decision to recognize Jerusalem as the capital of Israel and the move the us embassy there the International community has had a resonance over legitimacy of this resolution and its legal and political consequence Jerusalem is considered an occupied territory under international law and may not be annexed or transferred to Israeli sovereignty, and before that it was considered an international entity under the management of the United Nations Guardian Council.
