The Algerian legislator organized the revealing divorce, according to the Family Law, and although the latter is derived from the provisions of Islamic Sharia, there are striking contradictions and differences that exist between what is legally established and what is legally enshrined, which requires highlighting the most important problems raised by the subject of divorce.

Divorce is only proven by a court ruling, according to the text of Article 49 of the Algerian Family Law, and any customary divorce that falls within the rules of Islamic jurisprudence is not legally recognized, which raises practical problems essentially the possibility of duplication of several, between several legitimacy and other legal, especially since the Sharia is a restriction The reversal of the judgment.
